Stud hi/lo has the same dealing as regular stud and razz but an entirely different strategy. For stud hi/lo to have a qualifying low hand you need 5 low cards that dont match up. I personnaly dont just go for low i like to either have a hi or have a hi and low both because betting on just low can get you screwed especially online. Anyways best low hand is A 2 3 4 5 and if 2 people have seven lows the one with the lower cards wins. You start at the highest card and count down. For instance, A 2 4 5 6 loses to A 2 3 5 6 because the 3 beats the 4. That is stud hi/lo in a nut shell.

Stud hi/lo can be a real pain to play sometimes. You can have four aces for your hi hand and still chop the pot with some guy who managed to get 7 6 4 3 2. I much prefer regular stud.
