A leading International Construction Consultancy is continuing to see growth and development throughout the UK and has an immediate vacancy in their Edinburgh office for an experienced CDM Co-ordinator

The position will be overseeing the statutory duties of the CDM-C as defined by CDM 2007, on a range of projects. The candidate must be able to demonstrate their experience and competence in the Retail sectors:

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 5 years practical experience providing client side CDM Coordinator Services within the construction industry (candidates with just contractor experience will not be considered)
Retail Sector Experience
Construction background and hold a relevant technical or professional qualification
Membership of the APS – having full CDM-C membership
NEBOSH Construction Certificate
IOSH membership
